Last checked: October 13, 2026, based on the application guidelines announced through the Bagong Pilipinas eGovPH Serbisyo Hub and shared by PTV and PIA. PCSO has not posted a separate page for this program on pcso.gov.ph, so confirm details with PCSO or BPeSH before you apply.

Ano ang PCSO Educational Assistance?

It is financial help from the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) for college students who need support with school expenses like tuition. Applications are handled through the Bagong Pilipinas eGovPH Serbisyo Hub (BPeSH), the government’s one-stop public assistance center at the Presidential Action Center in San Juan City, at by email for applicants outside Metro Manila.

Sino ang puwedeng mag-apply?

  • College students currently enrolled in a school, college or university in the Philippines.
  • Based on the announcement, both public and private school students may apply as long as complete ang requirements.
  • The program is for college level.
  • Freshmen on their first semester: walang previous-semester grades pa, so ask PCSO/BPeSH what to submit instead.

Requirements

  1. Completed PCSO Educational Assistance Application Form with a recent 2×2 ID photo of the student
  2. Certified true copy of the Certificate of Enrollment (COE) or Registration Form for the current semester
  3. Photocopy of a valid government-issued ID of the student and of the parent or guardian
  4. Photocopy of the student’s school ID
  5. Certified true copy of the Billing Statement or Statement of Account (SOA)
  6. Transcript of records or online report card/grades from the previous semester

Get the application form from BPeSH or PCSO directly; iwasan ang forms from unknown links.

Paano mag-apply: step by step

Option 1: Walk-in sa BPeSH (with eGovPH appointment)

Recommended ito kung kaya mong pumunta sa San Juan, since you can talk to the staff directly and fix any missing documents on the spot.

  1. Complete all the requirements above. Make sure the COE and SOA are certified true copies.
  2. Download the eGovPH app and log in or register.
  3. Book an appointment for PCSO Educational Assistance in the app.
  4. Save the QR code the app gives you for your schedule.
  5. On your appointment date, go to BPeSH at the Presidential Action Center, Makabagong San Juan National Government Center, Pinaglabanan St., San Juan City.
  6. Show your QR code to the Action Officer and submit your documents.

  1. Scan all requirements clearly (readable, hindi malabo o putol).
  2. In the email body, write a short letter explaining your situation and why you need financial help with your studies.
  3. Use this subject format: PCSO Educational Assistance [Full Name of Applicant]
  4. Attach all documents and send to the PCSO email address in the official BPeSH announcement. Widely shared copies of the announcement list verna.soriano@pcso.gov.ph, but we could not confirm it on pcso.gov.ph, so double-check it on the official Bagong Pilipinas eGovPH Serbisyo Hub Facebook page first.
  5. Wait for PCSO’s confirmation and feedback on your application.

The amount depends on PCSO’s assessment of your needs and on available funds. Some applicants online say the help was paid directly to their school, but these are personal accounts, not official figures.

May deadline ba?

No deadline was stated in the announcement, and applications are described as ongoing. Since it depends on available funds, mas mabuting mag-apply agad once complete na ang documents mo.

Tips para hindi ma-delay

  • Get the certified true copies early. Registrars can take a few days.
  • Use the current semester’s COE and SOA, hindi lumang semester.
  • For email, combine scans into clear PDFs and keep file sizes small.
  • Huwag magbayad sa fixers. Free ang pag-apply sa government assistance.
  • Beware of fake pages asking for fees or personal info. Use only official PCSO, BPeSH or eGovPH channels.
