Paano mag-enroll sa TESDA Online Program (TOP) 2026: step-by-step guide

Gusto mong matuto ng bagong skill nang libre at hindi na kailangang bumiyahe? Puwede kang mag-enroll sa TESDA Online Program (TOP), ang free online learning platform ng TESDA sa e-tesda.gov.ph. Ano ang TESDA Online Program (TOP)?

TOP is TESDA’s web-based platform that offers free Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) for technical-vocational skills. Walang tuition, at self-paced ang lessons, kaya puwede kang mag-aral kahit anong oras, nasa bahay ka man o nasa abroad. Courses cover sectors like agriculture, construction, ICT, tourism, health care, entrepreneurship and more.

Sino ang puwedeng mag-enroll?

• Open to anyone who wants to learn a skill: students, job seekers, OFWs, working employees, and stay-at-home parents.
• No fixed enrollment period. Bukas ang registration buong taon.
• Kailangan mo lang ng internet connection at isang device (phone, tablet o computer).

Ano ang kailangan mo?

• An active email address na regular mong nache-check (dito ipapadala ang verification link)
• Your basic personal details for the sign-up form
• A stable internet connection, lalo na para sa video lessons
• Optional: the TESDA Skills Passport app (Android or iOS) kung gusto mong mag-access through your phone

Step 1: Gumawa ng TOP account

1. Go to e-tesda.gov.ph (or search “TESDA Online Program” on Google).
2. Click Create New Account (or “Click here to register!”).
3. Fill in all required fields, yung may pulang asterisk (*). Double-check your email address.
4. Click Create my new account.
5. Open your email and look for the verification message from TESDA. Check din ang Spam o Promotions folder.
6. Click the link in the email to activate your account, then log in.

Step 2: Mag-enroll sa course

1. Log in at e-tesda.gov.ph.
2. Open the Menu, then click Courses to see all free courses from TESDA and its partners.
3. Browse by sector, or type a keyword (halimbawa: “food”, “bookkeeping”, “computer”) sa search box.
4. Open the course you want and click the enroll button (usually “Enrol me”).
5. Start the lessons. Your progress is saved, kaya puwede kang bumalik anytime.

Option: Gamitin ang TESDA Skills Passport app

TESDA’s official mobile app, TESDA Skills Passport, is free on Google Play and the App Store. Its Learning Paths feature links directly to TOP, so you can explore and enroll in online courses from your phone and get course suggestions based on your credentials. Kailangan mo pa rin ng TOP account para makapag-enroll.

1. Download TESDA Skills Passport from Google Play or the App Store. Make sure TESDA ang publisher.
2. Register or log in. According to news reports on the app’s launch, registration uses your PhilSys (National ID) details.
3. Tap Learning Paths to open the TESDA Online Program.
4. Log in with your TOP account and enroll in the course you want.

Bonus: the app also shows TESDA scholarships, job listings, and nearby training and assessment centers.

Paano makukuha ang certificate?

Kapag natapos mo ang lahat ng required lessons and assessments ng course, you can get a certificate of completion from TOP. Tandaan: hindi ito katumbas ng National Certificate (NC). Para sa NC, kailangan mong mag-take ng separate in-person competency assessment sa isang TESDA-accredited assessment center.

• May bayad ba? Wala. Free ang TOP courses. Iwasan ang pages o tao na naniningil para “i-enroll” ka.
• Walang dumating na verification email? Check Spam/Promotions, wait a few minutes, at siguraduhing tama ang email na na-type mo.
• Puwede ba sa phone lang? Oo, through the browser or the TESDA Skills Passport app.
• Gusto mo ng hands-on training na may trainer? Look for TESDA scholarship programs at training centers instead.
