The posted deadline was 3 October 2026, 5:00 PM. As of 8 October 2026, that window is closed. This was a validation step, not an approval notice.
Last verified: 8 October 2026, from the PUP Scholarship and Financial Assistance public announcement dated 1 October 2026. The list came from CHED-UniFAST and was forwarded to PUP. The office said it is not responsible for errors in that list.
Who this was for
- Students named on the UniFAST list sent to PUP for Batch 2.1.
- PUP NCR campuses only. Other regions were not part of this call.
- Students enrolled in the first semester of academic year 2026–2027.
What pre-qualified means
A name on the list is not a scholarship award. PUP said the file still goes through evaluation, checking, and an assessment of whether it is complete and correct. Problems are sent by email. No email does not mean approval. It can mean CHED is still reviewing the file. Wait for a later announcement before treating the grant as confirmed.
What they asked for
- A PUP SIS-generated certificate of registration or registration form for the first semester of academic year 2026–2027, in PDF, no larger than 1 MB. A certified true copy was not required.
- A photocopy of a PWD ID, only if that applies.
- The file name had to be SURNAME, GIVEN NAME MIDDLE NAME. Example: DELA CRUZ, JUAN SANTOS.
Deadline
Soft copies were due by 3 October 2026, 5:00 PM. The notice said late files would not be accepted, and that missing documents would remove the student from the CHED list. Do not rely on a repost that still says the upload is open.
If the deadline was missed
Contact the staff named in the notice rather than uploading to an old link. The announcement gave Mr. Aprail P. Sibulan at apsibulan@pup.edu.ph and Mr. Charlie Cuerdo at cocuerdo@pup.edu.ph. A certification of enrollment from PUP ODRS is slower than a saved registration certificate and may miss a validation window.
Common problems
- Treating a pre-qualified list as an approved scholarship.
- Sending a portal screenshot instead of the SIS-generated registration PDF.
- Naming the file differently from SURNAME, GIVEN NAME MIDDLE NAME.
- Asking for a certification of enrollment only after the validation week has started.
