PACe medical at burial assistance October 2026 update: walang email submission, saan at paano mag-submit

May bagong patakaran ang Presidential Action Center (PACe) ng Office of the President sa pag-submit ng request para sa medical at burial assistance. Ayon sa official email reply ng PACe ngayong October 2026: hindi na tinatanggap ang documents sa email, at dapat original o certified true copy ang lahat. Ano ang nagbago? (October 2026)

• Bawal na ang email submission. Huwag magpadala ng scanned documents sa email; hindi ito ipo-proseso.
• Original o certified true copy lang ang tinatanggap. Hindi puwede ang plain photocopy.
• Bagong oras sa Malacañang: Lunes–Biyernes, 8:15 AM – 5:15 PM (dati: 8AM–5PM).
• May second option na: PACe sa Bagong Pilipinas eGovPH Serbisyo Hub sa San Juan City, appointment sa eGovPH Super App lang.
• Courier rules: official couriers lang (LBC, J&T, PHLPost at katulad). Hindi puwede ang on-demand delivery gaya ng Lalamove o Grab.

Anong assistance ang puwedeng hingin?

Ayon sa PACe, saklaw ang medical assistance (hal. hospital bills, gamot at maintenance medicine, chemotherapy at specialty medicine, laboratory at procedures, implants at assistive devices) at burial o funeral assistance. Ayon din sa PNA, kasama sa serbisyo sa eGovPH Serbisyo Hub ang medical financial assistance sa pamamagitan ng guarantee letters na bahagyang sumasagot sa hospitalization at iba pang medical services. Walang fixed na halaga; dadaan sa evaluation ang bawat request.

Option 1: PACe Main Office (Malacañang)

• Online portal: pace.op.gov.ph (official portal na binanggit ng PACe sa email reply nila)
• Address: PACe Building, J.P. Laurel St., Malacañang Complex, San Miguel, Manila
• Oras: Lunes–Biyernes, 8:15 AM – 5:15 PM (maliban sa holidays)

Option 2: PACe sa Bagong Pilipinas eGovPH Serbisyo Hub (San Juan City)

• Appointment: sa eGovPH Super App lang (Google Play o App Store).
• Address: Makabagong San Juan National Government Center, Pinaglabanan St., San Juan City
• Oras: Lunes–Biyernes, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Ayon sa San Juan City Government, para makapag-avail sa Serbisyo Hub: i-download ang eGovPH app, gumawa ng account, piliin ang ahensya (PACe), ihanda ang requirements, at mag-set ng appointment. Ayon sa PNA, pagkatapos ma-verify sa app, bibigyan ka ng QR code na ipapakita sa opisina. Kailangan ng verified eGovPH account (karaniwang gamit ang National ID).

Option 3: Official courier (kung hindi makakapunta)

1. Gumamit ng official courier gaya ng LBC, J&T o PHLPost. Bawal ang Lalamove, Grab at iba pang on-demand delivery.
2. Ipadala sa: PACe Building, J.P. Laurel St., Malacañang, San Miguel, Manila.
3. Siguraduhing kumpleto ang documents para hindi maantala o maibalik.
4. Itago ang courier receipt at tracking number.
5. Paalala ng PACe: dadaan pa rin sa evaluation ang courier submissions. Ang pagpapadala ay hindi nangangahulugang automatic approval o agarang pag-process.

Requirements: humingi ng official checklist

Iba-iba ang requirements depende sa uri ng assistance, at nagpapadala ang PACe ng official checklist kapag nag-request ka sa kanila. Walang public na official checklist page na na-verify namin, kaya sundin ang checklist na ibibigay nila. Ang mga dokumentong kumpirmadong karaniwang hinihingi (ayon sa PACe at sa PNA):

• Signed request letter para sa medical o burial assistance
• Medical documents gaya ng medical certificate (para sa medical)
• Reseta (para sa gamot)
• Death certificate (para sa burial)
• Lahat ay original o certified true copy; isulat nang malinaw ang contact number at address mo

Paano mag-follow up sa status

Gamitin ang official verification form na ibinibigay ng PACe sa email reply nila. Puwede ring mag-inquire sa PACe trunk line na nakalista sa official OP Contact Us page (op-proper.gov.ph/contact-us): (02) 8249-8310, local 8174 (Financial Assistance on Medical-Related Concerns) o local 8175 (Request for Endorsement and Referral Assistance), at email na pace@op.gov.ph para sa inquiries lang. Tandaan: huwag ipadala ang documents sa email.

Mahahalagang paalala

• Libre ang pag-request. Walang processing fee at walang “pang-merienda.”
• Iwasan ang fixers. Walang authorized agent na nangongolekta ng documents kapalit ng bayad.
• Subject to evaluation ang lahat ng request; ang kumpletong documents ay hindi automatic approval.
• Magsumite nang maaga habang ginagamot pa ang pasyente o bago ang deadline ng bill.
